All those who have been diagnosed with Diabetes should have their feet checked, annually at the very least. A diabetic foot check includes assessment of the blood vessels supplying your feet and an assessment of how well your feet can detect light touch. We will also check if you have any other potential podiatric need such as callus / corns etc. Once this has been established, we can tailor a treatment plan and & advise you on safe self care techniques to reduce the risks of any serious complications such as Diabetic foot ulcers.
